The Slovenes have given us a fantastic list of 14
songs that will take part in the EMA 2006 on January 29th. Many,
many old faces are returning - as you can see by the list below. ( as
confirmed by RTVSLO)
The result, after a typically fantastic EMA, was
decided by a mix of the infamous RTVSLO Jury (!) - Televote and SMS.
And, as per usual I am slightly miffed that the
Jury gave 0 points to the top 2 songs in the televote and gave 12 points
to the ballad, thereby, ruining their chances in the Eurovision.
One day TV Slovenia will learn to listen to the people and not
tactically cast their jury scores.
