2009 Latvia Final - February 28th 2009

The Latvian Hokey-Cokey finally ends...

 

 

They were in - then out - then in - then out - but now FINALLY they are in....   However. LTV have cut down the selection process from 2 semi finals to just the one - to take place on the 27th February, with the top 10 songs getting through to the final ( chosen by Televote).   As you can see, there are some of the usual suspects that have been in other Latvian Finals trying to get through to the Eurovision.  The Semi Finalists have been whittled down to 10 - There will be 2 rounds of Televoting - one to get to a final 3  ( with the input of the "jury") and then the super final.
