No change in Skopje

 

MKRTV have decided to do nothing and not to change their selection procedure for the 2009 Eurovision. They will be holding two semi finals at the Universal Hall in Skopje on February 19th and 20th, each containing 16 songs, with the top 8 qualifying for the final on the 21st February. The winner of this will be chosen by a 50:50 Televoting and Jury mix.
